Who we are
Chalkdene Developments is a public-private, joint venture partnership which was established in 2018 for the purpose of building high quality, sustainable homes in prime locations. All of our developments are built on surplus and underutilised land across Hertfordshire, close to excellent local amenities and benefit from good transport links to the surrounding area, London, Cambridge and the whole of the UK.
Working closely with experienced architects we have designed stylish, contemporary, energy efficient homes for modern life.
Our outstanding homes come with ample parking on a driveway and/or garage, electric car charging points, spacious open plan living areas and a range of energy efficient features.
